How do I sign up for the platform?

What are C8 Credits and how do they work?
C8 Credits are the Cre8tera platform credits used when generating content with the world's top models and AI services. Each workflow has a variable amount of credits they use, but you can see your credit usage at the end of every generation execution you do.
Subscriptions: How will I be billed?
We use Stripe as our trusted processor to account for all our billing. Once you signup for a paid subscription we will bill you every 30-days from your initial signup until you cancel or downgrade your account. If you are having trouble cancelling your account please email us at sales@cre8tera.ai
Subscriptions: Can I cancel my account?
Yes, you can absolutely cancel at anytime. Upon cancellation, you will have 30-days from the date of your plan's expiration to save any of your generated content and/or utilize your remaining credits. If you are having trouble cancelling your account please email us at sales@cre8tera.ai
Subscriptions: Can I get a refund?
Cre8tera does not currently issue refunds on subscription-based plans. If you are having trouble cancelling your account please email us at sales@cre8tera.ai
I ran out of credits, can I add more to my wallet?
We have a Top-Off feature under the "Billing" menu tab where you can add extra C8 credits by your chosen dollar amount. This is a good option if you are happy with your subscription plan's features but want more bandwidth to generate.
Subscriptions: How do I upgrade/downgrade?
When signed into your Cre8tera account please navigate to the "Billing" tab(with the wallet icon) from the navigation menu. From there click the "Manage My Subscription" button to modify your plan. Alternatively, you can scroll down to the subscription plans on the same page and select which plan to upgrade to. You will be charged the difference for the subscription for the current month and the new plan will also be reflected upon your next billing cycle.
Subscriptions: Do my Credits roll-over?
Yes, your plan credits roll-over month-to-month while you have an active paid subscription plan. When your paid subscription is refreshed, the additional credits for that month will be added to your wallet balance.
Who is the Cre8tera platform for?
Our bread and butter is marketers, businesses, creators, AI enthusiasts, storytellers, freelancers, individuals. Since we have wide variety of workflows available, you're likely to find something useful.
